讓我們透過精彩的對談、一同窺探傳播科技生態圈的未來發展與挑戰！

We are pleased to announce the upcoming Communication Technology Industry-Academia Forum, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Department of Communication Technology. This event aims to facilitate dialogue and exchange between industry and academia, with the goal of inspiring new ideas and collaborations for the future. We look forward to welcoming participants from both sectors to join us in this exciting event.
The forum will cover topics such as the theory and application of virtual technology, user experiences, and outcome-driven mindset in UX design, as well as industry examples and prospects of generative AI, 5G, and cloud computing. Through the exchange of domestic and international experiences among the speakers, we hope to foresee the future direction of the communication technology ecosystem in Taiwan.

【講題】Feelings of Presence: Theories and Applications
國際知名學者 Prof. Kwan Min Lee 現為新加坡南洋理工大學黃金輝傳播與資訊學院講座教授，目前為國立陽明交通大學傳播與科技學系訪問學者。專長於使用者經驗研究和設計、人機互動等研究，同時擁有豐富的學術及業界經歷。Prof. Lee 曾任韓國三星電子副總裁，創立並領導三星集團使用者經驗研究部門及創意實驗室，帶領visual display部門產品與服務的創新與開發，獲得多項國際認證產品與技術專利。
Prof. Kwan Min Lee is a Chair Professor at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He's an expert in user experience research and design, and human-computer interaction. Prof. Lee also founded and directed Samsung Electronics' User Experience (UX) Group and the Creative Lab (C-Lab) as one of the youngest vice presidents in Samsung's corporate history. Prof. Lee led the development of innovative products and services at Samsung's visual display division, resulting in numerous internationally acclaimed products and technology patents.

Currently the Editor-in-Chief of "Business Next" magazine and host of the "Business Next Podcast." John Wang entered the journalism industry in 1994. He has been focusing on reporting in the fields of finance, technology, and management. Throughout his career, He has conducted exclusive one-on-one interviews with hundreds of influential figures in finance and technology, including Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates and Intel co-founder Andy Grove. Additionally, he had been invited multiple times to serve as the host for forums and annual meetings of foreign companies such as Cisco, HP.

現任中華電信企業溝通處協理，負責企業傳播事務。陳協理於1995年在美國華盛頓特區的Strayer大學獲得MBA學位，擁有20年ICT產業豐富工作經驗，曾於Nokia、HTC和Acer等領先企業服務。此外，他亦曾服務於花旗銀行、Nike等知名企業，為市場行銷和企業傳播領域做出重要貢獻。
Currently serving as Associated Vice President of Corporate Communications at Chunghwa Telecom. Vincent C. Chen earned an MBA degree from Strayer University in Washington, DC, in 1995. He has accumulated 20 years of working experience in the ICT industry and has worked for Nokia, HTC, and Acer separately. Beyond the ICT realm, he has also made valuable contributions in marketing and corporate communications roles at esteemed organizations like Citibank and Nike.

現任新加坡Grab首席產品設計師，熱衷於設計能夠對人們生活產生正向影響的數位產品。作為Grab的首席產品設計師和設計領導者，她主動挑戰金融科技產品設計，致力為東南亞未開發社區提供簡單靈活的解決方案。她同時也是經驗豐富的產品設計經理，在Grab領導團隊負責監督消費者支付體驗和GrabHealth服務。此外，她亦曾服務於Yahoo!和Indeed等知名公司，憑藉超過10年的數位產品設計經驗，她在設計領導、組織影響力和推動戰略計劃方面都有卓越成果。
The Principal Product Designer at Grab, Singapore. She is passionate about designing digital products that make a positive impact on people's lives. As a Principal Product Designer and design leader at Grab, She took on the challenge of designing FinTech products that are both simple and flexible for underserved communities in Southeast Asia. She was also an experienced product design manager who has led teams at Grab, overseeing the consumer payment experience and GrabHealth. She has also worked with other well-known companies like Yahoo! and Indeed. With over 10+ years of digital product design experience, she excels in design leadership, organizational influence, and driving strategic initiatives.
